Dr. Babangida Abubakar Albaba Appointed as Trustee for Nigeria Polytechnic Foundation

In a significant development, Dr. Babangida Abubakar Albaba, Rector of Katsina State Institute of Technology and Management (KSITM), has been appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Nigeria Polytechnic Foundation (NPF).

The appointment was announced in a letter signed by Professor Idris Bugaje, Executive Secretary of the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE). The NPF was established to enhance international linkages, collaborations, and partnerships for polytechnic institutions in Nigeria.

Dr. Albaba will serve alongside other distinguished individuals, including Prof. A.T Abdullahi, Arch. Alako Olusegun Olanrewaju, Hon. Adamu Abba Anas, and Barr. Sanusi Lawan Kazaure. The Foundation's Board of Trustees comprises distinguished individuals with expertise in technical education, industry, and governance.

As a Trustee, Dr. Albaba will play a crucial role in overseeing the Foundation's activities, which aim to advance polytechnic institutions and provide a platform for interventions in the sector.
